2025 marks the 80th anniversary of VE Day. The end of the war in Europe. Here at Heart of the Shires, we would like to celebrate and commemorate this special time.

Starting with a very special FREE event, on the May Bank Holiday weekend. Sunday 4th May.

Heart of the Shires will be decked out in red, white and blue as we transform our site back to 1945.
There will be live 1940’s singing performances, a memorial bandstand, enabling your own family tributes, pre 1945 Classic Cars in the courtyard and so much more.

This event is not to be missed. The event will be in support of the Royal British Legion.
